Customers call to place their orders with our licensed operators who pass the orders on to the appropriate restaurant. Then the independent driver is called to pick up the order and deliver it to the customer. A small delivery fee decided by the operator is charged usually around $3.50. The driver collects the money from the customer and turns it in at the end of their shift. The driver’s pay is the delivery fee and their tip. At a time interval dictated in the contract with the restaurant the operator makes an accounting and pays the restaurant what it is owed usually on a weekly basis.
